Generate artificial backtrace by walking arguments.callee.caller chain. **Works everywhere except strict-mode**.

## Usage
```
StackGenerator.backtrace()

=> [StackFrame({functionName: 'foo', args: []}), StackFrame(..), StackFrame(..)]
```
